Before a notary (public deed), a judge (judgment) or a conciliation center (act). The document must declare the union, formalized over 1 year before applying. We handle it with you.
Would marrying be better for us?
It depends on your timelines and proof: marriage simplifies the file, but a well-documented union grants identical rights. The consultation compares both routes for your case.

Fully yes: equal de facto unions carry identical rights and the same process.
Can I work, and how long does it last?
Yes, any legal activity. Each visa runs up to 1 year and is renewable; 5 years as a holder open the Resident visa.
How long and from where do I apply?

Do I need a lawyer if it's all online?
